This notice explains how Golden View Property (ABN 30 626 743 977) collects, uses and looks after personal information provided through this website.

What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and the information in your message. Repair requests may include photos you choose to upload. Notices to vacate include your intended vacating date and any forwarding details you provide.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website. Your browser stores only your language choice (English or Chinese) on your own device.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a rental or sales appraisal, manage repairs and tenancy matters, and provide the property services you ask for. We may contact you by phone or email about your request.

If you do not provide the requested details, we may not be able to respond to or complete your request.

Marketing

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. We will only send marketing emails with your consent, and every marketing email will identify us and include a working unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Your information is used by our team. We do not sell personal information. Where needed to provide a service, we may share relevant details with people involved in that service, for example a tradesperson attending a repair or the owner of the property you rent.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores form submissions and uploaded photos. Form notifications are delivered to our office email through Resend, an email delivery service. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Security and retention

Information is sent to us over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is restricted to our team. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us on 02 8458 2121 or info@goldenviewproperty.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
