How much does property management cost?
We quote your management and letting fees with your rental appraisal, and they are set out in the agreement before you sign. There is no transfer fee to switch to us and no fee for routine inspections.
How do you choose tenants?
We check rental history, references, identity and capacity to pay, then present suitable applicants to you. You make the final decision.
What happens if the tenant falls behind on rent?
We monitor rent payments and follow up arrears promptly. If arrears continue, we take the steps available under NSW tenancy law and keep you informed at every stage.
How often will I receive statements?
You receive monthly owner statements showing rent received and expenses, plus an annual summary for tax time. Everything is also available 24/7 in the owner portal.
I live overseas. Can you manage my property?
Yes. We look after overseas and interstate owners, with email communication, portal access and financial reporting so you can follow your property from anywhere.
